Meet Victoria and Holly
The people behind Bloom Toddler Classes
Bloom began with Victoria Jennings’ experience of the challenges, isolation and uncertainty that can come with early parenthood. She wanted to create the supportive space she once needed: a place where parents feel welcome, build confidence and enjoy meaningful time with their children.
Victoria and Holly have grown Bloom into a trusted family brand. Bloom Baby Classes launched in 2017, followed by Bloom Toddler Classes in 2023. Today, passionate local franchisees deliver carefully developed classes for families across the UK and beyond.
