Bloom Toddler Classes – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with Bloom Toddler Classes (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking a class, you agree to the terms below.

1. Bookings & Payment

  • All bookings must be made online via our booking system.

  • Your place is only secured once full payment has been received.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with your class details – please check this carefully.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure the correct class, venue and dates are selected at the time of booking.

If you book the wrong class, please contact your local franchise as soon as possible. We will try to transfer your place where availability allows.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Change of Mind

If after your first class you decide it’s not for you:

  • You may cancel your remaining term

  • A refund will be issued minus:

  • The first attended class

  • Any admin/booking fees

  • All cancellation requests must be made via email to your local franchise.

Missed Classes

We are unable to offer refunds or discounts for:

  • Holidays

  • Illness

  • Non-attendance

You are welcome to gift your space to a friend (please inform us in advance).

Exceptional Circumstances (e.g. Government Restrictions)

If classes are paused:

You can choose to:

  • Roll your remaining classes onto a future term

  • Gift your remaining classes to someone else

  • Receive a Bloom credit (valid for 12 months)

If none of the above are suitable, you may request a refund. Processing times may vary depending on circumstances.

3. Class Changes & Cancellations

We reserve the right to:

  • Change venues, times or instructors if required

  • Cancel classes due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, venue issues)

Where possible:

  • You will be notified in advance

  • A replacement class or alternative option will be offered

4. Health & Safety

  • All children must be supervised at all times.

  • Bloom teachers are not responsible for supervising children.

  • You must ensure your child is well enough to attend class.

Please do not attend if your child:

  • Has had a fever in the last 24 hours

  • Has sickness or diarrhoea in the last 48 hours

  • Has any contagious illness

This is to protect all families attending.

5. Behaviour

We aim to provide a safe, positive environment for all families.

We reserve the right to:

  • Ask anyone behaving inappropriately to leave

  • Withdraw access to classes if behaviour is deemed unreasonable

6. Photography & Media

  • You are welcome to take photos/videos of your own child

  • Please be respectful of others and avoid capturing other children without permission

7. Personal Property

All personal belongings are brought to class at your own risk.

Bloom Toddler Classes and venues are not responsible for loss or damage.

8. Private Bookings & Parties

Private sessions, parties and nursery bookings are available on request.

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking

  • The remaining balance must be paid in advance

  • Deposits are non-refundable

9. Renewals

  • You may be offered priority booking before your term ends

  • Spaces are not guaranteed and remain subject to availability

  • All bookings operate on a first come, first served basis

10. Data Protection

We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.

Your information is used only for:

  • Managing bookings

  • Communicating with you

  • Improving our services

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Where significant changes are made, we will notify you. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Liability

Participation in classes is at your own risk.

Bloom Toddler Classes is not liable for injury, loss or damage unless caused by proven negligence.
