Kerry’s own Bloom journey began as a parent when she attended Bloom classes with her children. After experiencing the classes first-hand and falling in love with everything Bloom offers families, she went on to become the owner of Bloom Baby Classes Durham West and has now expanded the Bloom experience with Bloom Toddler Classes too.
Alongside Kerry is a fantastic team of class leaders who share her passion for creating fun, welcoming and engaging classes for local families.

Hi, I’m Kerry, the owner of Bloom Toddler Classes Durham West and also the proud owner of Bloom Baby Classes Durham West.
My Bloom journey actually started as a parent, when I took my own children along to Bloom classes and experienced first-hand just how special they are. I loved the combination of music, sensory play, development and that dedicated time together, and Bloom quickly became something I felt really connected to.
That experience inspired me to become part of the Bloom network myself, first through Bloom Baby Classes and now by bringing Bloom Toddler Classes to local families too.
For me, Bloom is all about creating a warm, welcoming space where little ones can build confidence, explore, learn and have fun, while parents and carers enjoy that special time alongside them.
I love seeing children grow in confidence from week to week, joining in with the songs, activities and games, making new friends and developing new skills along the way.
Whether it’s your first class or you’ve been coming for months, I want you to feel relaxed, welcomed and part of the Bloom community from the moment you walk through the door.

You don't need lots of special equipment. Just bring everything you would normally need when heading out with your toddler, along with your confirmation or booking details if required.
Any equipment needed for the activities will be provided as part of the class.
Are the classes educational?
Yes, but we believe toddlers learn best when they're having fun.
Activities are designed to support areas such as communication, physical development, confidence, imagination, listening and social interaction through age-appropriate play.
